TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PRIVACY POLICY AND COVID POLICY

These Terms shall establish the entire agreement between Wild Beats and anyone who chooses to partake in any events hosted by us.

There is no verbal or written representation, warranty, prior agreement or description of services, other than the following agreements, which customers automatically agree to once tickets have been purchased.

By purchasing any tickets from Wild Beats you agree to be bound by these Terms &Conditions that govern the relationship, the cancellation policy and limitations of liability. These Terms & Conditions affect your rights and designate the governing law and forum for the resolution of any and all disputes.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS & SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

The customer is asked to inform Wild Beats prior to any event of any medical conditions, pregnancy, disability or any other mental and or physical condition which may affect how they can interact with the site or any of the activities held. Failure to notify may result in certain activities or facilities not being available for the customer.

Wild Beats will always do its best to meet special requests including dietary or physical limitations but such requests may not always be possible depending on the site, in which case Wild Beats reserves the right to refuse customers with certain conditions.

If a customers has a complaint against Wild Beats, the customer is asked to first inform the event organiser to try and rectify any issues at the earliest possible opportunity.  Failure to indicate dissatisfaction whilst at the event will result in voiding any customers claim. If satisfaction is still not reached through verbal communication at the event then any further complaint must be put in writing to Wild Beats within 7 days of the event which was attended.

PHOTOS, VIDEO AND CONTENT CREATION

During our Wild Beats events there may be photos or videos taken by the team or professional photographers. These images may be used on Wild Beats social pages or for promotional purposes for Wild Beats future events.

Wild Beats holds the rights to use these photos for purposes stated unless customers specifically request to photographers or videographers that they are not comfortable with any images of them being collected.

ACCEPTANCE OF RISK

The customer acknowledges that the nature of some of our events is physical exercise and may involve a certain amount of personal risk including injury. We serve hot drinks after our sessions which customers agree to acknowledge as a notable risk. By choosing to attend a Wild Beats events the customer hereby assumes responsibility for all risks and accidents resulting in customers being injured.

Wild Beats regularly updates and monitors all risk assessments associated with the site, the client and the activity being held.

Payment, Donations & Tickets

All payments are non-refundable unless a written agreement is made by a member of the Wild Beats team and the paying customer.

We operate many of our services on donations, Wild Beats gifts these services to allow for customers to feel they can afford to attend without any risk of financial pressure. By agreeing to contribute to any of our donation based offerings the customer understands that the services they are paying for are in support of our community building ethos.

All food provided during our events is home-made. Therefore the customer acknowledges that by making a donation towards any food provided there is risk of traces of allergens being in foods or in the environments they are prepared in. Wild Beats aims to provide food to the highest standard, in line with food hygiene measures. Customers who reserve a food ticket understand they must provide Wild Beats staff with any dietary requirements at least 3 days before any events.

When a Client completes, submits and makes a payment or donation for any of our events or services, they agree to accept all the conditions stated above. 

TICKETS

All tickets purchased are non-refundable. Tickets become the responsibility of the person named on the email attached to the purchase. If a guest can no longer make the event, they understand that it is their responsibility to re-sell the ticket.

Tickets are not transferrable unless the event is cancelled or moved by the organisers. If guests cannot make the event due to COVID related issues Wild Beats may consider a transfer, so long as enough time is given. 

No requests can be dealt with on the day of the event, guests understand that they cannot contact Wild Beats on the day of the event with any last minute cancellations or transfer requests. 

 

DATA PROTECTION

Personal Information

Wild Beats uses personal information (such as name, address, special needs, health conditions, dietary requirements etc.) provided by customers to Wild Beats only for the purposes of our events and services.

Wild Beats applies standard and appropriate security measures to protect such personal data. By completing any purchase or donation, customers consent to have their details being used as necessary.

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name and your email address.

Communication

Any guests who sign up to the Wild Beats mailing list is agreeing to have their details used to help us improve our website and the content we share and to have news, updates and tickets sent to their web address.

Guests who choose to unsubscribe will be removed from our databases and any data shared will be removed from our systems.

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our website. This ‘Log Data’ may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

Third party services may be used to collect, monitor and analyse this data to help Wild Beats provide site guests and paying customers with the best services and user experience.

Security

The security of site users Personal Information is important to Wild Beats though, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is always guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

APPLICABLE LAW

The Contract and these Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws of England, United Kingdom.

 

COVID POLICY

In order to enjoy our event safely, we ask that you please follow these guidelines:

  • Wash or anti-bac your hands when you arrive, leave and before or after handling any food items or dancefloor toys
  • Keep the required distance when dancing with anyone who is not in your social bubble
  • Do not attend if you have any COVID-related symptoms
  • Inform organisers if you have tested positive for COVID within 7 days of   attending the event
  • Consider taking a latral flow test 24 hours before the event
  • Contact Wild Beats Staff if you test positive following one of our events

By attending our event you agree to take personal responsibility for keeping yourself and others safe.
